Maggie's Dorm (169)

Subject: Maggie's Dorm (169) Thu May 28, 2009 5:30 pm

A green note-book, lay open on a brown, wooden, side table. The page was open to a diary entry- talking about Maggie's life. She lay there on her bed, staring at the ceiling fan. She needed to make some new friends. She was a social butterfly. She sat up, brushed her brown hair out of her eyes, and then walked over to the door. She opened it quietly, hoping someone might come in and say hello.

Gabriel Piermont was wandering the halls aimlessly in the dorm corridors when he noticed the door of room 169 opening slightly. That was weird.. Gabriel thought to himself for a moment. That dorm had always been vacant since he has attended PCA. Gabriel grinned, curious as to who this new student was. Gabe made his way over to the door and knocked three times, waiting patiently and hoping he wasn't going to seem like a creep.

Maggie smiled, excitingly. She made her way quickly to the door and opened it. "Um, hi!" She said smiling. She was really happy, seeing as this was the first person who has actually talked to her since she came to PCA.

Gabriel was slightly taken aback by Maggie's perkiness. He didn't show his confusion, instead he merely smiled and greeted with a short, "Hey" as he leaned against her door frame. "New here, right? Haven't seen you around before." His green eyes scanned her face as he continued to smile.

"Yeah" She said smiling. "I need some friends. Willing?" She offered shrugging. She signaled him to come in.

Gabriel shrugged. He followed her into her room and looked around. It was weird that this girl was so willing to make friends, but Gabriel wasn't one to argue. "So, what's your name, new girl?" He asked, taking in how she decorated her dorm room. There wasn't all that much, but he hadn't expected there to be since she was new here.

She thought to herself, He seems interesting... She smiled. "Im Margret. But you can call me Maggie." She said perkily. "um, who are you?" She asked. She stared at him blankly. She tried to study him. That could be the explanation for her weird facial expression.

"Margret?" Gabriel asked as if he were just double checking to make sure that he was correct. "That's my aunt's name.." He sucked in his cheek as he thought. "That works Maggie, I'm Gabriel. You can call me Gabe though." He shrugged, not really an exceptional name either way.

Maggie looked strangely at him. "Alrighty then," She said a little confused. She didnt know what to say, they just met! She sighed quietly, and turned her head towards the window. "Pretty view."

Gabriel glanced out the window and nodded, "Yeah, you can find many here at PCA." Gabe shrugged slightly and added, "Maybe one day I'll show you around campus." Gabe placed his hands in his pockets and leaned against one of the empty wall spaces. "So, where are you from?"

Jasper was walking around, Bored as heck. He saw a door slightly open and knocked on it 3 times. Since no response soon enough he just walked in and saw Gabe and a new girl. "Oh, hey sorry, did i interupt?" hhe chuckled, "Oh," He pointed to Gabe and thought for a second,"Your Your Gabe, Declan's cousin, right?"

Gabe turned to Jasper. He had seen this fellow around several times but really hadn't caught his name. "Yeah.. I'm Declan's cousin." He nodded his head and then stated, "Sorry, I can't remember if I should know your name a lot." He shrugged and then glanced over at Maggie.

"Oh, well I'm Jasper. You now I have the same name as the dude in twilight." He laughed, "My sister made me watch it, That's the only reason i know that." He said as he stuffed his hands in his pockets," So Did i interupt anythhing...?"

Gabriel smirked slightly and responded, "Yeah, cause I would know who the Twilight characters are..." Gabe shifted his weight slightly, it took him a minute before he remembered how he knew Jasper, "Tyzemo, right?" Gabe wuickly glanced over toward Maggie before shaking his head, "Naw, I was just greeting Maggie here. She's new."

Maggie smiled. "Hello." She said calmly. "You can come in if you want." She said to the other guest.
